Xbox 360 Arcade version, compairisons, memory, wifi?

If I had to buy an Xbox 360 Arcade, and I wanted to play games like Madden, Call of Duty, Halo, NHL, etc and also online through the wifi in my house, I can? What should I buy to connect to wifi, and I have to buy memory cards or is included with the game? Thank you very much!
