how do i change a sony tv from black and white to color?
i have a sony tv and i connected a wii to it and it is in black and white and i can’t figure out how to change it to color. it’s plugged into component 1 and i’ve change it to both component 2 and video but it is still black and white.
I think that you have it cabled wrong. Have you connected ALL of the red, green and blue cables to their corresponding holes on both your Wii and your TV. The green cable goes to the Y terminal, the blue one goes to the Pb terminal, and the red one goes to the Pr terminal. It sounds like you might have connected a yellow composite cable to the TV’s Y input, since that’s the luminance (black and white brightness) channel.
