What would you pay for a PS2 Guitar Hero Collection?
I have every game that was made available in the guitar hero series for playstation 2 here in NZ.
I’m starting a family and am needing so I’m thinking of selling it on trademe.
These are all the games I have including controllers and DJ hero;

Guitar hero 3 Legends of rock
Guitar hero Rock the 80’s
Guitar hero World Tour
Guitar hero 5
Guitar hero Aerosmith
Guitar hero Metallica
Guitar hero Van Halen
Guitar hero Greatest Hits
Band hero
DJ hero
1x Wireless DJ turntable
1x USB microphone (guitar hero)
2x Wireless Guitar hero Guitars
(+ 1x Metallica, 1x Van Halen cover plates)
1x Guitar hero drum set
(incl Drum sticks and extra foot pedal only available with pre order GH Metallica)
Do you think I can get a reasonable price for it as most of the earlier games are no longer available and it all works perfectly.
If you package these up nice, but remind others that it is used, then you should probably wait. You can go on to many sites, and still purchase them there, as well as used from retailers such as Game Stop.
My personal opinion is that you only sell them if they are no longer available for extremely low prices from many retailers, as well as until ps2’s themselves are hard to find. Because by then, if you have seen the price of old video game collector items, then you will be in for quite a surprise.
Also keep in mind that places such as GameStop do not take accessories, as I learned when I tried to return two Guitar Hero guitars. I had expected that they would take them, but was disappointed when I lugged them all the way to Gamestop just to find out that they wouldn’t take them. I would only pay you around $400 for the whole set.
