Use the hair dryer idea, but don't concentrate the heat any closer or longer than to get the sticker started. You don't want to distort the lexan on the helmet. Be careful of using alcohol as rubbing it into lexan can damage (make it look milky not shiney). I suggest automobile wax on any residual sticker glue (wax not polish).

im not gonna be much help on the skin condition. i had oily skin as a kid, and it was probably due to eating fast food. try adjusting your diet. might be your body is trying to tell you you dont need something (soda, fatty foods, certain veggies even(tho less likely))

i wish i could show you how mine was. it was so shallow, and wonky, the piercer did it wrong. i would say at least a good 2-3 cm should be fine, but dont fret if its more or less than that. and a belly button piercing rejecting will go very red and pussey. the piercing with eventually drop out anyway. as new skin growws the piercing is pushed further and further forward, until it eventually drops out. but this is natrual, and you can get it re pierced.
