Rooibos Orange Spice Tea
Orange Spice Rooibos tea is a blend of orange peel, cloves and cinnamon. A compound found in the skin of citrus fruit has the potential to lower cholesterol. Don't worry about counting calories honey, and I'm sure your doctor doesn't mean you need to lose weight. If you want to play volleyball you should make sure to eat enough to stay it top condition, but just eat healthily to give you the fuel that you need. Half a donut for breakfast isn't great, but once in a while wont hurt. Maybe try having some fresh fruit with yogurt for breakfast. I personally love greek yogurt whenever I want a nice, healthy, but low calorie breakfast. Your soup sounds relatively healthy, but I might try a different broth (beef isn't usually the most healthy choice). Also try adding even more veggies. If the cheese crackers you're talking about are the neon orange cheesy crackers, then those are not good for you, despite the low calories. One similar thing I like, are these cheese flavored crackers that are, believe it or not, made out of vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, all sorts! not just potatoes). For dinner, chicken is good in general, but you have to be specific about the chicken you have. For example, grilled is good, but fried isn't going to be healthy for you, no matter how few calories you have. Also, have it on whole wheat bread, not white. Light mustard sounds good, but mayo isn't going to be good for you. Your second snack is good (I think you're thinking of a tangerine or a clementine?). Carrots are always a good option. Over all, be more concerned with what you're putting in your body than how much of it. In the end, that will keep you much happier and healthier. I hope volleyball goes well!

1. Citrus trees do not have male and female trees.
2. The only reasons that trees will not bloom are neglect, and if they are shaded by other trees. You should have a few fruit even in these cases. Fertilize your trees with any good fertilizer containing micro nutrients. Do this 3 or 4 times per year. If you can spray them with a citrus nutritional spray you can speed up the growth process. Citrus will absorb some nutrients through their leaves. A citrus oil spray will clean up any accumulated insect pests. Citrus oil is approved for organic citrus production. Both of these items should be available at a garden center at modest cost. Water your trees regularly if you do not get enough rain.
Citrus are easy to take care of but they do need some fertilizer or the trees gradually decline.
