When I open the toolbar on the screen. What is ALT Button control. If I close it. How I can get the screen?
Hold the ALT key until it disappears. One or two seconds and should be there.

I've just finished a learn direct course too
have u tried pressing 'Print Scrn' on the numpad, which will take a snap shot of the desktop,then pasting that screen shot off clipboard into word or a paint programme and printing out that way,i know its a bit of a convoluted way of doing it.and also prints everything else out too so not an ideal solution
shammies are #1 i also use cloth diapers and paper towels the blue kind. always have a screw driver to tighten up any pits of loose trim and fixtures. use a sponge to wash and if you have grooves and cracks i use a tooth brush. a hard brush for wheels and tires and glass cleaner (rain-x) also nu-finish makes a product that can remove any trace of scratches as long as they aren't deep
