There are two simple field formats have always been popular – the plot "epiphany" and "the tide is turning." Personally I'm a big fan of plot epiphany. This is where the main character was an epiphany, as a result of conflicts of history. Often, the epiphany came just before the summit and affect the outcome of the story, but it also extends beyond the context of history. Disclosure changes from here on in the life of the character and often those around them. With the epiphany story the main character learns something about herself deeply, and sometimes the reader learns something about himself that way.
With wind turns the main character graphics format is a person that do not conflict, because all they can to avoid conflict. But at some point, can not escape any longer and must turn around and face forward. This structure was very popular field in the past, but is not as widespread in those days. However, it still works in Partly because of its simplicity and the emotional connection is often established between the player and character.
Return the environment in the early '70s there was a television show, Kung Fu, about an American orphan raised by Shaolin monks returned to the American West "old" in search of his environment brother. The series is based on the worm becomes narrative structure. In each episode of Kwai Chang Caine (played by David Carradine), has been the victim of bullying abuse and until he could continue to tolerate. As you can imagine, stories on the basis that the worm is transformed into a format often include a revelation for the characters too. Combining the two concepts is more land powerful. But the epiphany you tend to have a story that focuses on gratuitous violence or simply sadistic behavior. Good example is the film Death Wish Charles Bronson. In the original there are a ton of internal conflict and the main character is a major epiphany made a powerful film. However, in suites, is represented as a security guard chasing the thugs and sociopaths. Without the internal conflict and epiphany after losing its entertainment value and even their accent.
My next article I will go into more detail about the types of conflicts – internal and external – and describe how they work together to provide depth and intensity. But in the meantime, think of the novels and films you really like. I think you will be surprised how many of them incorporate these two formats simple frame.

Winter is viewed as a time for regeneration, where the kidney energy and the water element is the most active (and by extension the emotion of fear), and the negative aspects of the previous year are let go of. Because of all of this, a few things are recommended:
a) A good, tonifying Water element Qigong exercise (opening the energy gates of your body works here). This is doubly important for the kidneys.
b) A meditation method that allows you to dissolve and let go of past blockages.
c) Eating Warming foods, and foods or herbs which tonify the liver.
d) Taking lots of time to rest and regenerate.
A strong emphasis is placed on proper regeneration habits through the winter, as they are a necessary foundation for a strong productive vitality to be sustained throughout the rest of the year.
