When I speak of the absolute importance of play for the long-term success of a relationship, couples sometimes look at me in disbelief. Are you kidding? Play? Who cares to play? For Kids! Who has time?

But. . . Show me a couple who have lost the joy of fun and I show a couple whose relationship is annoying! And a couple whose relationship problems can be hidden to avoid having fun.

The game key to success a relationship is difficult to overstate. If you want to give your relationship an adrenaline rush, try to use a strategy that I often recommend to my clients. Sometimes it is even possible for a couple to save their relationship by the mere fact of having more fun!

It helps to have a healthy and keep your relationship young and vital.

Strategy

Find steal, take or give more time to play and improve their relationship. . . and see it become more loving.

Start by writing a play date in your diary. No matter how long you've been together a couple can enjoy a game time a bit more. Why do not make a date to go out and have fun?

But be careful. . . avoid falling into this trap – a trap I've seen many times when working with married and unmarried couples.

When couples to try to play more, a partner tend to organize a sport he loves, but the others do not!

For example, a husband who likes bowling establishes a trip to the bowling alley. He or she is a good time, but the other spouse who is not a good bowler, he hates every second! The couple were discouraged because they do not think can have fun together.

It is important to not start a career. Or is that a companion of another way to learn a new sport or skill. What is not is not a game, but frustration. . . This is very stressful and not fun.

Do something you both enjoy

A better option is to choose an activity that both partners are willing. The idea is to make as much fun as possible for both.

To facilitate this, each partner can make a list of recreational activities and play activities that he / she really likes. Then, both may choose an activity that is in both lists.

Advice

It is also wise to avoid conversations Heavy or problem-solving discussion to the activity. Just go and have a good time. Forget about your problems and keep it as stress-free as possible.

Case Example

A couple of my clients decided they wanted do something different. Then they have been playing video games in a popular game room – a majority of the children frequently. This was a new experience for them as they had only played games at home.

"Well, they played as children and had time of their lives.

Now they are online games arcade playing together, and take the time to go as often as possible. Be prepared to learn from this couple and try new things successfully!

You and your partner can meet together and have more fun if you find more time to play and have fun! The responsibilities you have, the most stressful of his life, more need to find time to play in your marriage or relationship.

Remember: no negotiation, not a serious competition. . . only and dive activity and have a good time and enjoy the company. And you can laugh.

Laughter is one of the largest anti-depressants.

If you let go your inhibitions and play like the child who used to be, your relationship will rise to new heights, your love will grow stronger and your sex life can sizzle like never before!
