Hi the LG cookie is the best phone going why because as you have seen it comes with a stylus pen and it has a 3MP camera I personally don't use the camera cos am not interested in it am only interested in the phone itself because it is so easy to use and the menus are great aswell and it is user friendly aswell.
The Tocco has not got a stylus pen had one and never liked it because the touch screen on the tocco is not upto much and mine kept on sticking all the time and dialling the cops all the time.
