How do I create a pattern of behavior of a six year old?
I hope to create a chart for my behavior of six years. Last school year (kindergarten), had great difficulty in school. Speaking of new, yet detrimental to other children after they have completed their work, etc. I know that this is a new year and time of departure and positive. I just did a civil list and add a label to leave the list every day she has a positive day in school. At the end of his week I thought I could fill a bag "items with little to Dollar Tree they choose. And finally, could have a big reward like going to the movies or choose a new Hannah Montana or some kind of point of Disney (who loves the Disney channel) from Walmart. Do you think this is a good idea? I really want to encourage it without being negative. How many stickers we have to wait every week and every month to get the reward? Yes Please, no responses negative or media. I would appreciate any help you can get.
Excellent idea! I had a table as the K-3. It worked! lol I had no problems since then! …. It was horrible at first, but I'm used to map. At first, I am really frustrated because I had no money – even when I was almost there! (Mom was super strict with stickers!) But then I concentrated on reaching a low price, then great, but I'm very excited about the graph. After a while I had some good without even thinking about price or anything – it was a habit. Mom stopped only when using the table I was a whole year without any Days behavior problem … Your daughter needs to get the five stickers on the week to get the little prices. She needs a label for each week of the month to get the grand prize. Keep the bar high and continue to promote, then it will get better. Near praise missing, but not the label or the price – you need a goal. Donate to hurt rather than help! It will stop trying and support, if you say "close enough" and give the label or the price anyway …. She is old enough to know how to act in school and have to be respectful to their teachers and other children in her class – as it should be respectful of people outside the school! She has to understand how anyone can work and learn if the teacher stopped the class keeps to punish her (or someone else) and it is not fair to anyone to act up. Good luck! This will work!
