If I do 11 minutes of crunches and ab exercises a good day to lose stomach fat?
I know that running helps but I just want whether by doing sit-ups 11 minutes per day (I have a excercising ab workout) I will lose my belly fat? (Plus 8 glasses of water and maybe 2 waffles maple syrup per day (I like for breakfast) but everything else like that is healthy? … I hope that the logic
Yes, it will help a little. You get ab muscles but if you want to show, that will get rid of fat. The reason is that if you gain muscle, not fat loss. The muscle in the fat will sit and can use their muscles again, but not see them. For best results you need to eat healthy and well "bottleneck and do ab workouts a little cardio. Good luck!
