It makes no sense.
If you have line audio out and you want to record, you can feed it directly to line in.
If you insist on feeding it to a mic input, a simple attenuating potentiometer could do the job.
Unless you know the output characteristics of your amp, it is very hard to design a universal circuit that takes unregulated speaker output (which can be hundreds of watts) and brings it down to mWatts.
