I Metroid Fusion for GBA, and at the end of the game I get the orange jumpsuit to face Samus from Metroid Omega. But then I'm taking my boat and go. Is there any way to keep the orange suit and use the station, all without destroying the train and stuff like dat? In the first person to answer gets 10 points. Response must be legitimate
No, you can not use the Miscellaneous apparel in the final merger of Metroid. It part of the story that Samus loses the case, and runs before the explosion of the station. It occurs in all 2D Metroid games. 
Although it would be quite impressive could be kept in the locker room after the game and escape with him.
