Well since bioware plans to use DLC to bridge the story between mass effect 2 and 3 I would imagine there will be. "The Lair of the Shadow Broker downloadable content is the first piece of DLC to begin to expand the story in preparation for Mass Effect 3". I got that off the website. So sounds like there is more on the way to expand the story for ME3. ME3 most likely wont come out until 2012 so they might start releasing DLC farther apart but Im sure there is at least one more coming probably more.
