Assuming that you installed Windows 7 correctly and did not overwrite the original Mac OS, there are 2 ways to switch which OS you are booted into:
1) In control panel, double click on BootCamp. Select Macintosh HD (assuming that you have not renamed the partition where the Mac OS is installed) Click on Apply and then OK. You have just changed the default boot OS, and the machine will restart and now boot Mac OS X by default.
2) Shut down the machine, when you turn on the machine (right after you hear the system chime) hold down the option key. You can then choose Macintosh HD (again assuming that you have not renamed the partition) Then click on the arrow underneath the hard drive icon. This does not change the default, so on the next reboot your machine will reboot into Windows 7.
