I can not use my mouse. My Logitech USB mouse is not detected on my computer / mouse / hardware.?

I have HID on my computer a / system / device Admin. I removed and re-installed and updated all drivers, USB devices and hidden, yet still no luck. This mouse works on other computers, other elements of work all USB ports. The same problem with another mouse. New PC for me, saw and used previously. See that all the above files are removed and looked very empty. Suggestions?

Have you tried his muse in all USB ports, all other things mentioned? When installing plug n toys, according to my experience, drivers are installed before the device is connected, sometimes followed by a reboot, waiting for instructions. I hope that this is the way to install? Once installed the drivers and the PC is restarted, plug the mouse and let the computer find. If on Vista, this usually has a library of generic drivers, but will try to find the plant is uncompatibilty all I can think, but I have doubts?
