Norton sucks find a better solution, also why vista when you can now get windows 7? Other than that i would suggest a better mainboard than an Intel like EVGA X58 version 758 it has a life time warranty. And they make the best stuff. This link is all there 1366 boards as you may be limited by price so i gave you alternatives. There is one just a little less in price but no life time warranty.
Also the case, buy the 1200 everybody and there mother has a nine hundred and while it is a great board. Your build is not main stream so the case should not be either………….Also if you ever need more money just rent out the extra space in the case

Logitech mouse driver software allows you to assign any action to any button, as you have seen, but whether you get a new tab or new window is a setting in the browser. If the browser has a hot-key for it the help file should tell you.
Go to logitech's site, to their support page, look up your model and download what you need.
do you know how to clean the trackball from inside because the wheel tends to not spin after awhile so I have to shake it so it could spin
