DS curcuitcity warranty?
Hello, about a year and a half, I bought a Nintendo DS lite curcuitcity. I also bought a warranty three years for $ 50 extra. I just noticed that my R button (which made the top right of the DS) is broken, and will not work half the time, so I thought that a NDSi swiching NDSL. (Which is about $ 70 more NDSL) Does my warranty cover, and allow me to pay $ 70 more?
No, the warranty is only offering a free repair of the DS you have or give a new one. You will not supply it in exchange for a DSi. This is not covered under warranty. However, if you sell the repaired product (or as it were, new) DS can get what you can get enough to buy up the DSi, or at least pay less than the required $ 70 additional.

Wobbly upper screen is still there, guessing that will never be fixed sadly. It is still not region locked, however that only applies to ds games. The new dsi, or downloadable games are locked to your region but they mostly all suck so its not a issue. It does not play gameboy advance games anymore and you will need a new flash card for your roms as the old ones do not work on it. I would recomend a Acekard 2i, its cheap and very easy to get working. It does require a dslight to get working though so you will still need your old one once you get it.
