I drive with the lights, it is always passable. For my car, brake fluid is low, which is made of light. These two systems give the brake system. But surely examination, because is likely to be a fundamental reason why its low on fluid. For me, my master cylinder has been in vain, what you can do much damage if you let go.

No, solar panels are your only hope. Large efficient solar panels. That and light weight, streamlining, low friction, and a very efficient, small gas engine driving a generator. Probably less than 1 HP.
You also need a very good charge controller to control the charge into the battery from the solar array. And good batteries.
Certainly it can be designed. Would it make it? probably, in the summer where there is lots of sunlight. Would the gasoline help? The best that has been done from a gas engine is 500 mpg, but with all the electric motors, solar arrays, etc, best you could get is probably 200 mpg at a guess, which gets you 2000 miles, so yes.
Would I take the 3000 mile trip? No.
Stuck in a tiny cabin, no AC, speeds of about 30 MPH, which means 100 hours of driving.

Thermaltake 800 watt power supply
a Blu-Ray BD-ROM drive with DVD-RW capability
another DVD-RW drive
24 inch wide LCD
a 17 inch LCD as a secondary (works very nicely for me)
Logitech G15 keyboard (i have the original version, it's the best)
put all the components in an ATX Full Tower case for best cooling, then get a good water cooling system, or even a refrigerated cooler
All that would cost a small fortune, but it will give you ungodly performance
