How do I install this old game key?
I have an old PC GamePad Gravis appears to be from mid or early 90s. This is not USB and connects to a port on my sound card. The joystick also has two small switches on it.
You will need an adapter … "DB15 adapter USB Joystick "in a search should find what you need.

The other best way on my mind since I have experience with controllers for PC.
Get a controller that supports wireless PC like the Logitech or it can be other controller that supports bluetooth. So far haven't seen that can recharge but it uses batteries what you can do is buy some rechargeable batteries then you are off to go.

I don't know what decade you live in, but in most modern Linux distributions, all you have to do is plug in the joypad and then configure the emulator. That's really all there is to it.
