i belive it comes as a disc to install to your xbox or somthin and each expansion has two DLC's each (if you didnt know already)
the disc drive on the ps3 can only reab bluray, it cant burn them. it saves the file to your hdd, but not your game save files, its under game data utility.

First of all, with Dominion and Intrigue alone, you can usually use way more than 3 actions only. The actions I'd consider worthwhile in the two sets together (under some circumstances) would include:
-Moat
-Secret Chamber
-Laboratory
-Market
-Torturer
-Village
-Mining Village
-Swindler
-Saboteur
-Witch
-Smithy
-Chapel
-Festival
-Bridge
-Baron
-Steward
-Thief
-Adventurer
-Cellar
-Moneylender
-Mine
-Minion
-Trading Post
That's about half of the actions (and some of the other actions are ones I don't like, but other people do). There are way too many useful cards for you to simply ignore them. For example, if you think Chapel is underpowered, you are clearly doing it wrong. Anyway, you can either buy Seaside or Prosperity (do not buy Alchemy), or you can simply use the following change in setup:
Once you've selected 10 random actions, look at all of them, and ask all of the players, "are there any actions here that you would never buy (ex. Secret Chamber without any attack cards)?" If the players come to a consensus, then take that card out and turn over another random card. Repeat if necessary.
Here's a setup that you also might want to try:
-Ironworks
-Gardens
-Tribute
-Nobles
-Great Hall
-Library
-Minion
-Coppersmith
-Baron
-Cellar
This particular setup has a nasty combo deck hidden in it, but has lots of strange cards otherwise.
Another idea is to play a game with all attacks (you need Seaside for this to work optimally), and no Reactions (or Lighthouse). Make sure you play with Ambassador if you can!
Otherwise, in most of the setups in the rules, there are actually multiple ways to build a strong deck. See if you can find some of the less obvious ones!
It looks perfectly fine to me. I would spend my money on another hard drive to DVR the cable shows and movies, and to upgrade connection speed/ channels of the INTERNET or Cable. You could also think about sticking a Blue Ray Drive into it as well.
(If you don't do any of these things an SSD would be a real nice upgrade.) I stuck one in a friends computer with pretty much the same specs (1/2 the RAM) and Vista booted in under 20 seconds.
If you search Google for how to build a computer, you'll get as much information as you want about the internal connections of your computer.
