Who was the first explorer to explore the world of all oceans?
Depends on what you mean by "ocean" – Some geographers say there are only three (Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Ocean). If limited to this, the answer is, probably, Magallanes, but if Ocean Arctic occurs, then you should look for a Russian, perhaps Bering.
