Why does not the headphone jack on my computer work?
I tried to connect different pairs of headphones, earphones and speakers, even control the sound settings on my computer but nothing will work. How I can mute the sound at once?
The first thing to do is restart the system. Sometimes the sound card is blocked and must be reset. If this fails, you can check the sound card settings by following the instructions below. You do not indicate which operating system you use. I have Windows XP and that's what you want to check: – looking for a speaker icon in the taskbar at the bottom right corner of my screen. left click on a scroll bar should appear. Make sure the volume is at maximum. If the Mute check box is checked, please click to deactivate. – Left click on Start (in the lower left corner of the screen), to the left, click Control Panel, double-click Sounds and devices click Audio audio, the Volume tab, make sure the volume slider is not set down, make sure the Mute check box is not checked, click the Strait AUDIO playback section, click the volume, make sure that all controls are in place and tested that none of the Mute boxes near the volume control section by clicking the X.

I honestly don’t think this is that bad. I mean, she’s wearing a leotard–something that you’d find in any gymnastics meet–and compared to what you find in Lady Gaga and Britney Spears’ videos, it’s like PG. Plus, it’s not as if she wears this stuff on a day-to-day basis, just on stage and in videos. It’s called being an artist. Yeah, I don’t think it was very wise that she smoked a bong, but it was her choice. Not yours.
