How to pay bills acrylic spray evenly?

I make paper bills and I have joined with Mod Podge, but I want to use to remove spray adhesive acrylic sealant. Since this is not a flat surface, here are some tips for spraying the ball consistently? I see people say they use spray sealant balls, but do not say how.

There may be other ways to do this but here is the technique that I know. Slide accounts toothpick, then stick the toothpick in a block of polystyrene. You can hold it and turn the styrofoam with a gloved hand (do not turn upside down, however, her pearls or fall) and spray evenly with others. If the holes in the accounts are closer as sticks, wrap a piece of tape next to each round of selection, drag heel stick and hole inside the band. If the grains are too large to toothpicks, bamboo skewers can be used instead. You can also use any type of clay or florist foam instead of blocking it. Allow the grains and the layer again if necessary – several light coats are better than heavy. Save the peaks and foam for next time – can be reused several times. Good luck paper balls – are so cool!
