You are right about the memory. The only other difference is the option to use HDMI outputs. IF you have HD and have HDMI inputs, then you MAY want to consider it. However, the 360 looks great using component cables on standard TV, so it's really up to how much of an HD freak you are. About the memory…that's an insane amount. The only reason to have that much is if you plan on downloading HD content (movies and TV) from Xbox Live. If you don't plan on doing that, then the 20gb should be plenty.

Xbox 360 Wireless Controller is a good looking controller, with some improvements over the original design. A lot of people are complaining about the lack of color on the a,b,x,y buttons, but I don't need them to have color anyway.
