Microsoft X-box 360 console is a great system with a wide range and some games seriously innovative ideas such as X-Box Live and the achievement points system. However, nothing in life is perfect and problems do arise and must be repaired. Here are some of the FAQ questions and answers and solutions to these issues.
Q. My X-box does not work and it shows 3 red lights!
It is obviously the most common question, the dreaded 3 red lights of the box by X that something is wrong. This is not a single answer, but it can mean many different things but three red lights indicate which means that the X-box has suffered from a problem that can be repaired. Read on to learn more.
P. 3 red lights showing my box X is very hot.
This could mean your X Box 360 is overheating. The X box is a powerful, much more powerful than the previous console systems and therefore can produce large amounts of heat that can inhibit their operation. The most common mistake is that people brought in small confined spaces to save space that does not escape the heat, which in turn heats at a level that can not handle. Best solution is to place the X box in a refrigerator in good condition to be capable of cooling ventilation heat outdoors. Get out of your hidey hole and leave a good 10-20 minutes to cool and try again.
P. The three red lights light, but it is not overheating!
This can often be a very simple solution, check the cables! Often when you install the X-box or move some cables backs can move in bulk, is a mistake that raises your game system gives you the 3 red lights. If the box is cool, then recheck the cables and ensure supply they are plugged in. Make sure you disconnect the power before it, reconnect and try again. If a cable is loose, you can start without error.

If you really can not see an overheating problem cables and still not working what can be a serious problem. Sometimes you get lucky and can solve this problem by turning the box off for a period of time X again try.
