I am not familiar with the state of Nevada's' work laws. It will be a shame and dishonesty whether law, company policy or an individual in the personnel department make decisions to dock ones pay for less than forty hours. Especially, if the company did not have the hours to give. But, if it is on the employees' short coming of the forty hours for what ever reason. Then I can and have seen docking done in my state.
