what about venezia?
It's pretty doubtful that camo like that could work on a modern high performance aircraft. The high rate of speed that aircraft move at, the physical demands that would be placed on the skin, and the weight penalties that would be entailed wold all make these impractical.
The question also comes up: Would it be worth it? The ability to avoid radar detection would probably be more useful. Technology is at the point where aircraft can shoot at each other long before they can see each other. Making an aircraft harder to detect visually will make it easier to detect on radar (radar stealth relies on geometry and surface coatings, both which would be disrupted by a camo system).
