Before Christmas
Any idea to get local newspapers to cover local charities – before Christmas?
Its thin that the Army is Hi in the news each week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. But our charity 20 years helping the homeless. I would like to see us in the news, at least twice before Christmas. Press release does not work. Reporters say they are too busy with other orders to meet our important work of our nonprofit. Any idea of what to do, to get the newspaper or broadcast coverage?
You do not say where you live. The Most small local newspapers covering this sort of thing. Contact your local radio or television as soon as possible. You can also try contacting local Lions or Rotary clubs in your area. Them will help.
