I'm sorry to report, but with the removal of the controversial "Stop 'n Swap" feature that was suppose to be in Banjo-Tooie… it's impossible to access those Tooie-exclusive items within the game through normal means.
The items that were in Banjo-Kazooie that were meant for Banjo-Tooie were manually added in a weak item pick-up for Tooie.

my advice would be to use chasis and build from there. the only exception is if you have a really good idea.
for the wings you want (folding wings) go to showdown town and go to the middle rooftop of the jiggosseum building (need spring upgrade.)
Only in certain challenges for example nutty acres flight training you can pick up an ammo and a gun butt you only get them for that challenge
Haha! I was so bad at that. Although, I’d always play my friend’s “Banjo and Kazooie” instead.
