On August 15, 1944, just two months after the Allied landing in Normandy, the combined forces of the United States, Britain and France launched Free another amphibious operation. Codename Dragoon, the Allied forces establish a beachhead in the region of Saint-Tropez, between the cities of Toulon and Cannes in southern France. The objective would be landed to take over the French port located in Marseille, liaison with the fight against allied forces in the north.

Ultimately, both parties reach an agreement and continue Dragoon Overlord.
